I am a skilled business manager, professional in my approach and comfortable managing accounts and people. I have a proven history of maximising growth within existing, and new accounts on both a personal basis and via teams that I have successfully built and coached. I have a track record of proven success growing accounts through a combination of NPD, identifying gaps for the individual account to exploit, and by ensuring that the maximum return is gained from any product on shelf. I also have strong negotiation skills. I possess strong people skills, able to empathise on all levels. I also firmly believe that a team approach to business growth is needed. “Sales” people must actively seek to work closely with marketing, designers and production, as well as the customer, so as to fully understand what can be offered and supplied as well as what cannot!
