About Geoff Gentilini
I began researching military records at the National Archives as part of my graduate studies. Realizing that I had a passion for research, I founded Golden Arrow Research in 2011. My primary research focus is documenting the service history of individual US veterans from the Civil War through Vietnam. After spending thousands of hours researching a wide array of archival records maintained at the National Archives, I've developed a unique research process that allows researchers to trace the steps of individual veterans, documenting where they were and what they did during wartime. Our services have recently expanded to include civilian and more genealogy-related research. I am also a founding member of the Archival Researchers Association, a not-for-profit dedicated to advocating for those who require access to historical, archival records. My passion is researching and telling the stories of individual U.S. veterans.
