A highly motivated and results focussed Business Leader with a proven track record in the Building Products, Manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Extensive senior sales management capabilities combined with multi-site manufacturing experience has broadened my overall General Management skill set. A diversified career working within a Global FMCG business and more recently Tier 1 privately owned businesses has provided me with the opportunity to fully develop a wide range of skills across customer management, supply chain and manufacturing with accountability of strategic business planning and P&L management. Core capabilities include leadership of large teams, strategic business planning and consistent delivery of business results. In my most recent role I have managed a large workforce through an asset divestment strategy whilst continuing to achieve top line and profitability growth. Involvement in an asset divestment strategy has further enhanced my management capabilities. I have been actively involved in setting the direction of businesses in recent years both internally and externally. I have built sustainable relationships with major retail customers, national wholesale distributors and independently owned business operators. Internally I have led the communication process associated with a business divestment strategy and continued to provide leadership to ensure focus and delivery of day to day business objectives. I enjoy being part of a dynamic senior management team, consistently delivering excellent results across all business functions. I believe I am well positioned for my next leadership opportunity within a business focussed on growth and profit improvement.
