Coaching hundreds of juniors into prominent universities, national championships, and coaching careers has enabled me to forge enduring relationships with students, families, and colleagues. A driven competitor and accomplished athlete, I recognize the importance of grooming well-rounded players committed to education, well-being, and sportsmanship in addition to athletic achievement. Applying my entrepreneurial and fundraising skills, I established the Board of Directors, hired dedicated staff, and developed the programs supporting 70+ at-risk youth in Newark as they navigate high school through college. 2016 US OLYMPIC COMMITTEE COACH OF THE YEAR I was honored in 2016 with the US Olympic Committee Coach of the Year Award at the squash US Open. I shared this award with the coaches and mentors who made a difference in my career. Through their support, I realized a coach’s ability to encourage young people to change the course of their lives and achieve their full potential on and off the court.
