My professional work history can be categorized into three main groups: account management, sales and leadership. Account Management: I was the trusted advisor for a select group of key National Customers. Responsibilities included maintaining and growing relationships, seeking new opportunities, providing direction to administration teams and liason between the customers and divisions. Responsible for contract compliance, sales growth and profitability Sales: In my past position, I have achieved more than $7 million in sales within my territory in a year. Leadership: I have an excellent track record of developing and fostering strong relationships between team members and with customers. I have enjoy passing on my skills and experience by mentoring and coaching team members. For these three skills to work in harmony, I engage personnel and clients alike with sincerity and respect. The results I have achieved throughout my hospitality career were accomplished by careful planning, teamwork, conflict resolution, sensitivity, empathy and the ability to remain calm when multiple priorities were competing for my attention. My hospitality instincts drive me to make sure jobs are done correctly - I always strive to go above and beyond to wow my customers and team members to give them the best service possible.
