2012-2014: Organisational Strategy; Examine and recommend changes to current organisational working practices, improving operational efficiency at reduced cost. This includes reduction in numbers of police "front counters" to be replaced by access through other channels, reorganisation of current Borough Commands, improving working conditions of investigation personnel, and transparency and integrity of current crime management systems. Significant experience of working with executive level command within and outwith the organisation. 2006-2012: Operational Senior Detective with responsibility for crime reduction and detection within two major London Boroughs then, latterly, the lead for the investigation of Sexual Offences for 6 London Boroughs. A fully trained Senior Investigating Officer (SIO), one of a limited number of senior investigators trained to a national standard as a Senior Identification Manager (SIM) working to HM Coroner, trained to a national standard in Kidnap and Extortion, Dealing with Major Disaster and Major Event Management. Significant experience in Public Order Command as PSU Commander (Uniform) and as Crime Investigation Lead (Bronze Crime). Experience of Major Investigation, Covert Investigation and a fully trained NIM Intelligence Manager. Significant experience of working with senior organisational, business and political partners and stakeholders to achieve goals.
