About Geoff Spozetta

I am an experienced Product developer/manager with over 21 years of operational and development experience in Telecommunications/Technology. I design, collaborate and deliver customer experience improvements, focusing on digital realms. I have for the last several years, been digital lifecycle owner responsible for articulating, creating and delivering the overarching strategic programs of work and migration of technical stacks.I drive digital uptake which involves changing customer behaviour through a combination of IT technical changes, stakeholder engagement, and uplift of internal processes to support my vision of an online future. In previous roles I have been responsible for the successful operation and uplift of regulated industry engagement forums, Employee Innovation programs which I have designed, coded, and deployed I have operated Salesforce CRM's as well as project managing physical builds of profitable network assets - and been the point of contact from sales, lifecycle all the way through to assurance. I am naturally positioned to understand the effects of a given activity on the E2E / End-to-End of a product - whether it falls into the digital, operational or physical domains.
