Currently the Head of Customer Operations within Uisce Éireann with responsibility for the end-to-end management of the Uisce Éireann Customer relationship. Key areas of focus include Customer strategy, Customer service, connections to the Uisce Éireann network, business Customer billing and payments and for delivering effective enhancements into the overall Customer service. Vast experience in effectively managing large operational teams, developing business transformation strategies and delivering projects and programmes of work that make a real operational difference. Particular interest and experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive change within businesses in complex and challenging organisation structures. In-depth experience working with business leaders across a number of industries with particular concentrations in utilities, telecommunications, insurance, banking and public sector organisations.
