Murder mysteries are popular because everyone loves seeing a clever sleuth catch a wily culprit. I am also a sleuth, and for the last 4 years I have been a Technical Specialist at Xerox and IBM where I uncovered problems inside business machines and computer networks. Indeed, there are few greater feelings in life than solving technical mysteries and bringing relief to the those who need my help, so I relish stepping-up to challenges, putting on my detective's hat, and fixing a puzzling technical issue. At Xerox and IBM, I installed new equipment, managed projects, kept computer networks running, and delivered the best customer service. At both of my most-recent positions, I not only sharpened my customer service skills, but I also learned how to manage inventory, perform large-scale software migrations, and keep an eye on budgets and organizational goals.
