As a Technical Consulting Engineer at Cisco, I support customers with complex network issues and solutions, leveraging my expertise and skills in network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and automation. I hold a CCIE certification in Routing and Switching, as well as a Cisco Certified DevNet Associate certification, which reflect my proficiency and knowledge in network engineering and automation. Prior to Cisco, I gained valuable experience as a Network Operations Engineer at Citrix, where I monitored, maintained, and optimized the network performance and availability of Citrix's cloud services. I also handled various network projects and tasks as a Network Engineer at Wipro Ltd. and Dimension Data, such as configuring, testing, and deploying network devices, protocols, and services, as well as resolving network incidents and problems. I have a strong background in network engineering, with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VIDYA ACADEMY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY. I am passionate about network engineering and automation, and I constantly seek to learn new technologies and tools to enhance my skills and deliver value to my customers and stakeholders.
