My mission: Reinventing banking globally—through technology and cross-border learnings. I’ve been part of the senior management team that grew N26, the mobile bank, from <$500M to $9b valuation. Now, I'm working with banks, fintechs and investors around the world to build better banking solutions. Through my venture building program, I help found and scale fintechs focused on B2B bank software (e.g. compliance, fraud prevention), digital banking (focused on whitespot markets, SME and wealth management), and tokenization. Through my advisory firm I support the C-suite of banks, their boards and family offices to create digital banks that can thrive in our world of shifting consumer expectations, new technologies and fast emerging competitors.
