As a Project Manager with over 8 years of experience in the Industrial Automation industry, working with robotics, automated guided vehicles, scanners, conveyors, and lifts, I’ve been responsible for up to 22 indirect reports and projects up to $30M. I love challenges and I pride myself on always finding solutions to technical problems. My vast background as a developer, team leader and solution provider enables me to think out of the box. My background as a CEO/founder helps me to see the big picture while keeping company goals as a priority. Throughout my career, I’ve been successful at each role I’ve been in: Engineered internal processes from scratch, reducing launch times by 33%, decreasing the automation & software team by 75%, and lowering costs by 25% after just 1 project As a technical resource for the sales team, successfully negotiated a $100M automation deal over a 2 year period Completed a government project that saved the state 60% on electrical costs, resulting in an annual savings of $1.8M I’ve been able to set myself apart from my peers because of my ability to streamline processes and quick decision making. This allows me to see problems quicker than others and to create solutions that get to the heart of the problem. I’ve always been the “go-to-person” for any technical issues that arise within the companies I’ve worked for. In my personal life, I enjoy motorcycle riding, mountain biking and playing music. In my recording studio at home I write, produce and record my original music. I have released several pieces, which have been featured on TV and radio.
