At GSK, my leadership has been pivotal in managing the technology support and maintenance of core global treasury applications, ensuring robust IT governance and ensuring an effective Treasury technology offshore support team is in place, together with key developers. My expertise in Agile and waterfall delivery has enabled the team to realise significant value effectively and within budget for key enhancements, especially evident through the successful delivery of the Global Treasury project amidst challenging lockdown conditions and subsequently splitting the Treasury technology processes through a demerger. Outside of these larger projects we continue to deliver enhancements in technology(across Quantum Treasury solution, Sap Banking solutions and payment systems) in order to benefit the Treasury Business function to achieve optimal business processes. Good motivator of teams, calm under pressure, ensure delivery is met while ensuring my team have flexibility and life balance. With a deep understanding of treasury and cash management systems, together with SAP ERP background I bring a unique perspective that blends user needs with internal IT requirements. Prior to joining GSK I worked in Consulting in senior roles both at Deloitte and SAP AG.
