Mr. Antoon is an "Intrapreneur" that works with companies to create and execute breakthrough ideas that deliver exceptional results. He has over 30 years of experience on the forefront of emerging technologies developing large corporate business units and private companies ranging from $2 million to over $1 billion in revenue, including start-up, growth, and turnaround ventures. Mr. Antoon possesses extensive P&L experience, superior strategic, financial, business planning, and strong ethical and fiscal management practices. He excels at assembling teams and leveraging company strengths to maximize sales and profit potential, identify and create market niches, adapt to changing sales funnels, and do more with less. For example, he has saved a company over $25 million by renegotiating agreements and settling disputes; nearly tripling sales of another division from $380 million to over $1 billion, redefining market niches and quickly mobilizing the organization to action. Prior to AlgiSys, Mr. Antoon was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Algae Producers of America from 2007 through 2010, which is a diversified algal products start-up company. Previously, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Cellular Distribution, and Cellairis Franchise where he restructured operations growing locations from 180 to 300 units in the first year. Other companies he has served include Montgomery Ward, Office Depot, May Co. and others. Mr. Antoon has a B.A. in Communications from John Carroll University.
