Hi there! My name is George Bolanos, and I am an alumni of Florida International University's Hospitality Management program. I graduated with my Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree and had a GPA of 3.5. Additionally, I hold certifications in Data Analysis and Managerial Economics and have completed my Associates in Arts in Business Administration from Miami Dade College. In my professional experience, I have successfully contributed my skills and expertise in various roles. I am currently working as a Production Manager at R2M Marketing, where I manage over 100 client accounts and onboard new clients monthly while delivering excellent customer service. In my previous role as a Manager at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, I coordinated and scheduled appointments and performed front desk duties. Prior to that, I worked as a Customer Service Team Leader at Publix Super Markets where I managed and administered the front office of the store and addressed customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Apart from my work experience and education, I am proficient in Spanish and English and have technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and ProPresenter.
