As the Chief Marketing Officer for Kraft Heinz Hispanics, I have the privilege of leading Marketing, Innovation, R&D, and Strategy across more than 40 countries in South America and the Caricam region. Passionate about data-driven strategy, brand building, and sustainable growth, I thrive on driving both short- and long-term business impact. Throughout my career, I have led multifunctional teams and developed breakthrough marketing campaigns and innovations that connect with consumers in meaningful ways. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve shaped global consumer brands across Latin America, holding key leadership roles in marketing, strategy, category, revenue management, and new product development at Kraft Heinz, Mondelēz, and Ariztía. My experience spans diverse categories, from snacks and confections, poultry and frozen foods to ultimately condiments and taste elevation, always with a strong focus on commercial impact and growth delivery, with an ESG mindset. I hold an engineering degree in business administration and have furthered my expertise in marketing and leadership through programs at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the University of Melbourne.
