About George Cazan

I am QA - Tester with 10 years of experience in manual testing. I'm a fast learner and easy to talk to. I strive to meet the client's expectations by ensuring I understand the business logic and the development workflow. I can provide a link/channel of communication between separate parties: Client - Developer - QA - Business Analysts - other technical departments. I also try to use some tools that provide automation support, currently to ease and speed up the process of running through the application paths/branches, covering scenarios more efficiently and removing as much as possible repetitive physical actions which take time and aren't making a difference even when values are parameterized. I use recording-automation to get faster from step A to step Z and anywhere in between in an application. I can track requirement errors to prevent software implementation with defects; I can track requirement changes and updates and test accordingly. I adapt fast to any type of work practice, I value each information and effort that helps me understand more about the platform which I am testing against and I don't need to ask twice the same question, at least not out of negligence. I am used to working in English given that half my experience is from working with American clients and teams. I am open to suggestions, and feedback and eager to learn and help the team and achieve the common goal. I have hobbies, and interests of all sorts, and I try to live healthy and with a positive mindset.
