I've worked with QTAC Payroll Solutions for two years, during which time I've helped through three peak busy periods and supported development of our CRM and workflows in the interim. Initially, I was employed to help with software installations however, I was promptly moved to the sales team after just two months. There, I began mastering Dynamics 365. I received administration privileges and modified the platform to our teams wishes; this includes using Power Automate to send automated invoices to customer who pay by card. Alongside my development efforts, I helped to manage the phones and inbox; I'd process POs, send invoices, take payments, engage with new leads, handle customer demos, send contracts, complete identity checks and whatever else was necessary to setup new clients. Prior to QTAC, I spent four years doing sales demonstrations across a wide variety of products: Google Home, Google Chromebooks, BEKO Whitegoods and PURE Radio. These campaigns saw me tasked with deeply learning many products I had no prior experience with. I'd then sell those products to members of the general public, all the while promoting the brand image and reporting back on activities in my area that impacted sales. These roles were my first taste of comfortably navigating conversations to win rapport, surpass targets and collaborate with teams of different skills and objectives to meet a common goal. They were also my first encounter with a fiery ambition to improve what we were doing, one which I'm still holding now.
