About George Cornelson

George graduated from Colorado College in 2014 and was a commercial broker in California from 2016 to 2019. During his time in California, he closed over $30M in retail, industrial, and redevelopment transactions in Los Angeles and a number of other markets in California. He returned to Colorado at the end of 2019 and has continued to use his market insights and research ability to produce results for his clients in Colorado. He has been involved in his family’s commercial real estate development company, CORCO, a company specializing in development and redevelopment opportunities in commercial corridors. CORCO spans three generations and has developed over 200 million dollars of retail and mixed-use facilities in the South East. George has closed complex transactions in California for highly regulated uses. He has been able to bring that skillset to Colorado and close difficult retail sales and leases. He is a tenacious problem solver and an expert negotiator. George will work every angle to bring his clients the best price and terms possible.
