About George Crouch

I have over a decade experience in strength and conditioning training, coaching, education, and working with at-risk adolescents. I am passionate about biomechanics and exercise physiology, in particular as it relates to human performance, and transforming lives through a commitment to physical health and community. I specialise in strength and conditioning, boxing, VO2 max testing, elite athlete training, group training, rehabilitation, and development and execution of training camps for at-risk adolescents. I draw on experience in training North American collegiate athletes across several varsity sports programmes, implementing personalised competition-ready programmes for professional and amateur boxers, and my own research thesis on the influence of power-training on combat sport performance. My background in education leadership and sport science enables me to deliver effective evidence-based fitness and mentorship programmes across populations with outstanding results for individuals and teams.
