As a qualified and enthusiastic construction professional, I have over 25 years’ experience in my field. Working for national major fit-out and refurbishment companies, my experience has spanned not only large-scale bespoke construction package projects, but also internal refurbishment and design and build projects.I am a strategic leader and highly motivated professional which is evidenced in the successful delivery of programmes and projects on-time and exceeding client expectations. I consistently demonstrate intellectual flexibility in my field by leading on complex projects, ensuring profitable success alongside high quality delivery.This begins from initial business development and client engagement to contract negotiation, tender procurement, leading and co-ordinating key stakeholders - such as bid support teams, operations teams, health & safety teams, commercial teams and to the successful completion and handover of the project and close out.I am responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining key relationships through evaluation and follow up. I lead my team through this full process, ensuring quality through robust governance and audit.My leadership style is inclusive and my commitment to staff development ensures a focus on sustainability for my company.
