Dynamic technology leader with 20+ years of industry experience, specializing in IT services management, including strategy and implementation for OpenAI, ChatGPT, other AI models to include custom builds, hosted solutions, VoIP, cloud services, networking, IT office management solutions, medical software support, paperless systems, HIPAA compliance, and security and more. As the founder and CEO of Freeman Solutions, I manage sales and client relationships with ownership and project stakeholders in diverse industries, using a consultative sales approach to determine needs and recommend appropriate, resource based, solutions. I have led the delivery of thousands of IT projects on-time and under budget to assist during times of significant growth, coordinating client and vendor resources and liaising between stakeholders and service providers. Sample projects include: • Managing all IT for a business with four locations and three branch offices that has grown staff 15x during a nine-year business relationship. Project work has included migration to AWS and cloud-managed networking solutions. • Providing all IT solutions for a growing medical practice that grew to more than half a dozen satellite practices and a three-story HQ right near DC. Established all initial IT including hardware/software and physical networking, Azure migration, and implementation and management of Exchange and cloud-managed networking. Liaison with hospitals and specialized equipment programming, communication, and offloading of data and analytics. • Managing all IT on an ongoing basis for business facilities with multiple buildings. Managed construction of new fiber lines, wiring, and rack management. Established and implemented beaming solutions for connections between multiple buildings, managed server rollouts, implemented cloud-based phone solutions, including complete migration to AWS and cloud-managed networking solutions. • Leading diverse IT initiatives for a high-growth diversified pharmaceutical drug provider. Identified vendors and managed installation of pneumatic tubes for drug transmit within facilities. Led initiative to provide delivery drivers with tablets and regulatory compliant software.
