As a former U.S. Army Officer and senior program manager, I’ve built and led high-performing teams under pressure. From managing emergency responses like New York City’s COVID-19 Rapid Response to coordinating complex missions like OPERATION ALLIES REFUGE (DOD/DOS Afghan SIV Program), I’ve consistently delivered results in demanding environments. I’ve directed large-scale programs, including multi-million-dollar initiatives, while ensuring compliance, meeting budget goals, and improving operational efficiency. I have a strong command of federal acquisition regulations and the contracting process, which has helped secure and manage key government contracts. I work effectively across agencies and disciplines, leading collaborative efforts that span regions and organizations.
