About George Hermina

With over 35 years of work experience in finance, law, and education, I am currently an Advisory Board Member at the Howard County Bar Association (HCBA), an Arbitrator at the Fee Dispute Resolution of the Maryland State Bar Association, and an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University. I have senior administration and board-level experience, as well as association management skills, that enable me to provide strategic guidance, oversight, and support to various organizations and stakeholders. I also have domain expertise in arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution, as well as teaching and mentoring skills, that allow me to facilitate fair and effective outcomes, and to share my knowledge and insights with students and peers. My mission is to contribute to the advancement and improvement of the legal and educational fields, and to uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. I value collaboration, diversity, and innovation, and I seek to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the teams and projects I work with.
