In 1998 I left my job at the Guinness Group and founded Food Focus providing consulting and training services to the Irish food sector. I successfully exited in 2020 following the acquisition of the business by a major global life sciences company. For 15 years I lectured at MSc level at the Technological University Dublin. I lectured specifically on risk assessment, risk planning, exposure assessment and data models and tools. I am now working on the foundations of my next venture CONFIG LS.
