I'm announcing my semi-retirement. In December of 2013 SAS Safety Corp. was sold to Bunzl Corp. Bunzl is an international company in 28 countries, and is publicly traded on the London Exchange (FTSE). I was the only shareholder and sold 100% of my stock. I'm proud to say all the folks at BUNZL are class individuals and have lived up to all promises. They are one of the leaders in our space for safety and safety compliance products. SAS continues as a stand alone division headed by my former president, Ken Watson. I will remain on as it's chairman for a couple more years until I perfect how to retire!
