I began my career in the banking industry but discovered my passion for insurance after transitioning in 2008. At MetLife, I thrived as an agent, connecting with clients and tailoring policies to protect their homes, vehicles, and families. This experience strengthened my customer service and relationship-building skills, which proved invaluable when I moved to the independent agency side. Becoming a claims adjuster was a pivotal moment, allowing me to help individuals affected by natural disasters like hurricanes and tornadoes. The work required meticulous investigations, problem-solving, and empathy to ensure fair settlements. Outside of work, I am deeply involved in restoring classic cars—a passion that connects me to automotive history and craftsmanship. Motorsports fuel my excitement, whether watching or participating, while golf provides a peaceful challenge. Fishing allows me to immerse myself in nature, and traveling with my family is a cherished experience, especially with our dogs joining the adventure. I’ve had the honor of serving on the board of directors for the East Tennessee Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, supporting Hispanic-owned businesses and fostering diversity. The insurance industry has given me countless opportunities for growth, and I take pride in making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.
