Personal achievements include implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Fleet Management System (FMS) and Automatic Report Generation and Distribution. Obsessed with customer experience, I am always on a mission to accomplish a culture of productivity by using the right tools that will accommodate any employee and customer. By implementing efficient operational processes that facilitate execution of critical tasks with the right software tools, we unlock employee productivity, creativity and innovation.
