With over two decades of experience as a Cluster Manager at GoodLife Fitness, I am a passionate and innovative leader who drives results and growth for the organization and the people around me. I have an education in kinesiology and exercise science, which enables me to apply evidence-based practices and insights to enhance the health and wellness of our clients and staff. As a Cluster Manager, I mentor and coach both General Managers and Assistant General Managers, empowering them to achieve their sales and operational goals, and to develop their leadership and interpersonal skills. I also leverage my skills in sales metrics and social networking to optimize the performance and profitability of our clubs, and to build strong relationships with our partners and community. In addition, I have a one-year experience as a moHost at momondays, a monthly event that features motivational speakers and music, where I honed my communication and presentation skills, and connected with inspiring and diverse people. My mission is to create positive and lasting impacts through coaching, education, and empowerment.
