I am a graduate from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice. As a former Investigator in the Tobacco Enforcement Unit and Computer Crime Section of the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia. I was responsible for conducting investigations of tobacco product manufacturers, licensed tobacco product distributors, and tobacco product retailers to ensure compliance with Virginia tobacco laws. I assisted in both criminal and regulatory investigations while working with local, state, and federal law enforcement and government agencies. While employed as a Criminal Investigator in the Computer Crime Section, I was responsible for conducting investigations into child exploitation, Internet fraud, computer intrusions and computer harassment violations. I frequently lectured in the areas of child exploitation, computer crimes, identity theft investigations, and Virginia tobacco laws. Currently, I am a detail-oriented Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager who is adept at meeting customer expectations and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner. Skilled at tracking customer balances, approving loan applications, and verifying customer information. I specialize in establishing productive relationships with customers seeking automotive financing options. I offer a vast knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures while dedicated to maintaining professionalism and integrity.
