My mission is to drive operational excellence and consistency and ensure exceptional guest experience across our diverse portfolio of offerings from casual dining cafe to elevated high volume cocktail bar. I am extremely passionate about fostering collaboration and development with venue management and bring a detail-oriented approach to beverage management and venue execution, aligning closely with the brand's vision of delivering high-quality, memorable dining experiences. My expertise in food and beverage operations, commercial development, and budget management has been instrumental in enhancing business performance, elevating customer experience and developing a great pipeline of talent.
