Production specialist with more than 20 years of experience. Specialized in operations, line startup and instalation. Over the years I was directly in production as process technician, process engineer, line manager, department manger. Also I worked as a project manager and startup leader for new lines. In operations I was responsible with results of the line, like quality, safety and performance( reliability) also cost of different areas depending on the role. As startup leader I was involved in training of the people on the new technologies and in assessing the equipment both at vendor site and in plant. I was part of the teams doing the vendor acceptance plan - putting together the test plan. As a project manager I was involved in selecting and testing new equipment that came on new lines. I prepared the user requirement data for new equipment and helped selecting between several suppliers based on business needs. In the past two years I worked as a department manager responsible for the liquid detergent packaging area. Here I had to manage a team of around a hundred people from operators, shift leaders, process technicians, process engineers and Line managers. I have good knowledge about organizing teams in order to achieve the required results in terms of Safety, Quality, Reliability and Moral. I am experienced in selecting and testing new equipment and also in operating and maintaining. I have good technical and problem solving skills developed during the years of hands on experience on the production lines.
