With over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a seasoned professional who specializes in materials sourcing, inventory management, and plastic injection molding. I have a Six Sigma certification and a proven track record of implementing and launching NetSuite, IQMS, SAP & Baan ERP systems, reducing inventory by 12 million dollars and resolving supply chain issues across multiple warehouses. As the President of Village Tool and the former Managing Partner of CLEBAE Infinique, I have helped customers with all aspects of plastic injection molding projects, from product design to tooling and molding assistance, pricing, quoting, and project management. I have also overseen operations, P&L, plant management, quality, and validation for various programs. My mission is to provide high-quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions for complex manufacturing challenges.
