About George Murphy

I am Head of Legal (Investments) based in the London office of Aros Kapital Limited and have over twelve years' of post-qualification experience of numerous aspects of finance gained in both London and Dubai. Historically, I have worked on a large number of domestic and cross-border acquisition finance transactions (including private equity backed leveraged buyouts and management buy-outs/buy-ins) and the financing of several investment funds. I have acted on a number of direct lending deals and represented various private credit funds and alternative capital providers investing across the capital structure, particularly in the growth capital segment of the market. I have also been involved in various general corporate lending transactions (including bilateral, club and syndicated financings and refinancings) for a number of international corporate borrowers and have also worked on some large restructurings.
