With nearly two decades of experience in infrastructure strategy, digital transformation, and programme management, I have consistently delivered high-impact outcomes—ranging from national-scale initiatives to private sector innovation in telecoms and energy. At KPMG, I co-led the £2.1 billion UK broadband procurement framework, shaping technical schedules and regulatory strategies that aligned large-scale infrastructure investments with national policy. This foundation in public-private investment structures has since enabled me to drive capital-efficient, high-yield deployment models in both telecom and energy markets. My career has spanned network development, asset monetization, and operational transformation—from designing fibre products at CityFibre (now connecting millions of UK homes) to securing £43 million in grants at Airband through data-driven funding strategies. More recently, I’ve focused on scalable energy infrastructure, where at Waldevar Energy, I am leading the group’s expansion into Energy as a Service (EaaS), asset-backed investment models, and BESS monetization strategies. I hold certifications in TOGAF, ITIL V3, and AI from Vanderbilt University, along with Google’s full Project Management suite, reinforcing my expertise in technology-driven project execution and strategic investment frameworks.
