Develop and implement project plan and process for converting 15K+ pages of content from Lotus Notes to online HTML5 / offline PDF content, winning RSM Global Power of Being Understood award. Implemented client support model, which improved efficiencies by 80%. Developed technical training for remote and on-site client learning. Designed and implemented 11 enterprise-wide hardware/software deployments and trained 2,500+ installers, decreasing support call volume 70%. Secured all necessary components to set up 2 separate training facilities, allowing each environment to accommodate 40 students and 10 environment simulations.
