I am an experienced Senior Leader with more than 20 years’ experience combining excellent commercial acumen, strong business development skills and an in-depth understanding of operational costs and budgets to provide efficient and effective leadership of strategic objectives in the agribusiness, FMCG, government, and transport sectors. My success providing strategic and operational leadership while managing multi-million-dollar operational budgets stems from developing and implementing innovative strategies and plans including managing a grower supply base across 3 states and maximising market diversification and access in global markets (Australia, Asia and Middle East) in the FMCG sector. This has involved working closely with Boards and C-Suite Executives while leading high performing teams of 70+ personnel to develop and execute strategic growth strategies, plans and tasks that focus on optimising sales, streamlining supply chain operations and driving performance excellence in line with organisational vision and values. In addition to identifying and leveraging business development and improvement opportunities, I also have a proven track record in reducing operational costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars per annum and increasing business growth. Combining my high standard of management and strategic problem-solving skills with excellent negotiation, oral communication and written skills has enabled me to build strong stakeholder relationships, manage staff across multiple locations, and work autonomously while undertaking global travel to regularly meet with a diverse client base.
