About George Rollo

With good leadership, employee wellbeing and performance are enhanced, and consequently, organisations thrive and prosper. Research has proven time and again that leadership is a critical determinant of organisational effectiveness - I stand out against the norm in my approach to gain buy in from my teams, I am intuitive to consistently change my personality style and my flex style to ensure I get the best from each individual person. I find myself now in Tesco Customer Service Specialist Team taking all types of contact on behalf of the CEO and Board as well as all other Specialist contact for Tesco, this years plan is to support my Operations Manager along with the two CSS Team leads to help change and deliver an Industry Leading CEO Operation, we are on track to deliver just that. Along with the project I currently run with another inspirational leader between our Dundee office and our Bengaluru office, this looks to be another year of delivering strong, going on journey and embedding and embracing all the changes along the way. If that wasn’t enough I have the pleasure of being part of our continuous improvement team and working closely with one of my very own team, Stores and Business partners in Tesco, I hope by the end of the year to influence a change that makes the customer journey so much simpler, open and realistic.
