Challenges are what motivate people to move forward, and I'm a person like any other. When I'm faced with one I feel that I grow, but some take teams to overcome. For a team to overcome a challenge I need to make sure that the glue that sticks people together actually works. Achieving hard business targets and goals is not something that can be done without it. What makes me, me, is my communication style, I'm candid, I listen to the person I'm speaking to, try to understand, and take it from there to build the glue. Business objectives are there for a reason, it's my role to understand and help make them clear in everyone's mind. If I can find constructive ways to make them win-win for everyone, why not do it? That's the mentality I layout. I've got 10years behind me of looking for constructive ideas to resolve challenges (ranging from technical to the business side) and what I'm most proud of is - Having built a team that makes things run shipshape - Been part of a team that laid the building blocks for a "unicorn"- 9+ average NPS on Medalia from clients - Generated a cost savings of @500k USD per year
