I have been involved in estate agency from a young age working for a number of high profile corporate firms and some smaller independently run companies, gaining invaluable experience in both the sales and the lettings industry. This has given me a broad insight of how other agencies work and the service they provide. iMove was created to offer customers choice, an alternative experience to what is currently out there. Our emphasis has been on top quality customer service, really listening & delivering on customers needs, while creating a high quality brand that is at the forefront of technology in this industry. As we have grown and diversified as a company, the belief has not changed and the focus is now on producing strong teams in our divisions through careful assessment and staff training. We look for qualities in people that can be overlooked by our competitors, as we maintain this business is about people & personalties.
