About George Shaw

George Shaw, FAIA Provided both firm and project leadership as a partner at LMN Architects, a Seattle firm nationally recognized for advancing architectural practice across a wide range of program types, with an emphasis on higher education, civic, and urban mixed-use facilities. Served as Partner-in-Charge to shape the design process around specific project needs, user populations, and site context. Managed delivery phases through integrated design and construction practices, typically through CM-at-risk and various design-build formats. Also directed collaborative practice initiatives throughout the design and construction industry to advance alternative delivery methodologies, including CM-at-risk, design-build, and P3 delivery formats. This encompassed integration of key programming, design, and construction considerations into early planning efforts to optimize project value and reduce risks within the framework of each delivery model.
