About George Stavroulakis

My world is split into science and arts, gliding from numerical algebra, machine learning, distributed computing and coding to improvisation, polyrhythms and guitar. I have a passion for optimizing things and making them perform at their best, either them being algorithms, computers, cars, businesses or bands. Currently, I am involved in various business and research projects where I mainly code in C# and CUDA where expertise in parallel shared memory and distributed computing is necessary. I'm also tinkering with F#, Java, FORTRAN, C++, Python, PHP and Unity while at the same time, I perform and teach jazz guitar in Greece and abroad, being part of numerous music bands, both as a leader and a sideman. Except programming personal and distributed computers, I am also programming car ECUs, specializing on JDM motors and aftermarket standalone and piggyback ECUs including eManage, vManage, Apexi PFC and AEM.
