About George Tagg

I love to overcome a challenge and there are many challenges I face in my role as a Controls Agent. This is why I always strive to make positive changes within my department. This includes developing new business controls to mitigate risk and cost as well as streamlining our processes to make us more efficient. I currently manage the business controls for the IDC department at Target Group. This includes the testing of all controls monthly as well as the development of new controls. My greatest achievement in this role has been that since the COVID-19 pandemic I have handled the distribution of over payment holiday letters to our customers alongside our business as usual work. I have a passion for Property, Business and Economics. This is why I chose to do a degree in Real Estate and Planning in the Henley Business School at the University of Reading. I specialised within Investments and Finance and finished with a 2:2. This is one of my biggest achievements within my career so far hopefully with more achievements to come.
