About George Tehan

As an Associate Director at ENGAGE, I design and implement impactful research and reporting solutions for our clients, helping them harness the power of data to accelerate performance. My position allows me to take care of the technological side of our organisation, which requires plenty of problem-solving skills. My day-to-day duties involve reviewing systems, processes and technology, as well as the creation and development of bespoke tools. But my role at ENGAGE isn’t just about technology. It’s about people too. I work alongside the wider team to ensure we collaborate and innovate, helping us deliver people-centric outcomes for our clients across the world. While at university, I studied Psychology, which has really helped me understand people’s decisions and motivations more thoroughly. I then went on to complete a Masters in Business Psychology, which was a natural step for me in my education. Joining ENGAGE was the perfect follow on to this, as it allows me to use my analytical approach to help businesses transform. The biggest thing I enjoy about my role is finding solutions to complex problems, and making things work for organisations that want to create change for the better. This gives me immense satisfaction. I love being able to produce innovative pieces of technology that are specifically tailored around our clients, and seeing first-hand how this software drives positive change.
