I am a results-driven administrative and clinical operations leader with more than 20 years orchestrating all facets of client/patient care delivery, as well as clinical supervision for social workers, other clinical professionals, and interns. I managed my private practice, creating connections with community leaders and implementing programs that met the needs of the community. I also can envision myself working in a role that can influence key decision makers and support transformational change at the state level. Having spent my career in clinical management and supervision, I can appreciate both the clinical and administrative sides of program development and management, and I believe that perspective could be invaluable to many organizations. I have a proven track record of establishing and leading specialized programs in school systems and for targeted populations. I am recognized as a champion for the disadvantaged and an advocate for the support and treatment of victims of abuse and neglect.
