Having been a lifelong resident of the Northern Virginia area, I take pride in giving my clients’ the benefit of decades of experience and exceptional knowledge of the area. Having grown up in Adams Morgan, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, Alexandria and McLean, I have a unique understanding and appreciation of the local communities. I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration (BSBA) and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. I translated my education into a highly successful career at Freddie Mac where I worked as a Loss Mitigation Specialist negotiating Pre-Foreclosures (Short Sales). Furthermore, I worked as a Business Analyst where I gained invaluable knowledge about Freddie Mac™s Automated Underwriting System which is used by several leading mortgage lenders nationwide. Having always been interested in real estate, becoming a REALTOR© was a natural transition. In this light, I incorporated crucial negotiation, business and customer relations skills learned from previous experiences. Negotiating real estate transactions and representing my clients best interest is what I do best! I speak Spanish fluently and in my spare time I enjoy traveling and looking for investment properties. I have valuable contacts in the Home Improvement/Construction industry and have used these contacts to save my client’s time and money. As a licensed Northern Virginia Real Estate and Washington D.C, Agent, I take personal pride in all my real estate transactions. I carefully guide my clients through their home buying or selling process and earn the compliment of repeat customers and referrals from clients.
