About George W. Frampton

Currently serving the community of Boulder County within Parks and Open Spaces agricultural division as a watershed technician. This position is mainly focused on delivering irrigation water to agricultural tenants efficiently, with as minimal waste as possible. I began my career in agriculture at a young age and was inspired to continue my education at Iowa State University. After receiving my bachelor's degree in environmental science from the College of Agriculture, I worked as an environmental educator for a non-profit organization Deep Portage Learning Center. After a season as an educator, I continued seeking agricultural opportunities. I began work as a field technician for EarthOptics, where I gathered soil samples on remote agricultural properties across the Western United States. After my soil sampling position, I pursued public service in agriculture.
