I started my career in investment banking with Deutsche Bank, before moving into private equity with Affinity Equity Partners. At Affinity I worked on multiple investments that delivered world class returns for investors. Recently owned Affinity assets include Ticketek (TEG), Velocity Frequent Flyer, Medical Director and ScotPac. I moved into Wesfarmers Group in 2021 to gain operational experience. I have since been heavily involved in the sucessful turnaround of API, which Wesfarmers acquired in 2022 (creating the Wesfarmers Health division). Within Wesfarmers Health I have supported the MD and CFO to create and implement the turnaround strategy for the business, led the acquisition of SiSU Health, and led data commercialisation. I now lead API’s finance function and have P&L responsibility for a >$4.0bn revenue business with over employees. Whether as an investor or an executive, I am passionate about realising the full potential of companies through investment, strategy and leadership.
