As a Railway System Integration Manager at Honeywell and Telecommunications Manager at Alstom, I have over 17 years of experience in delivering complex and high-quality telecom solutions for various projects in the transport sector. I hold PMP, RMP, ACP, ITIL, and CCNP certifications, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in fiber optics, SDH, PDH, DWDM, and security systems. My mission is to manage the telecom project team, ensuring the convergence of technical subjects, the compliance with company processes and quality standards, and the satisfaction of customers and stakeholders. I also act as the primary point of contact and the technical leader for all telecom-related matters, from design and installation to testing and commissioning. I have successfully led and supported multiple telecom projects in Egypt, such as the Cairo Monorail Project and the 3W Networks Project, demonstrating my ability to work with diverse teams and partners, and to deliver on time and on budget.
