These include program managers, engineering, ILS, finance, system software, procurement, import, export and production staff. I have successfully managed large commercial program and have a proven track record of successful delivery and happy customers across multiple industries. I am a highly disciplined, process orientated project manager and production / operations practitioner and understand how to deliver everything from software releases to maintenance and hardware upgrades to intense builds from scratch to delivery to the customer. That said, I am also highly pragmatic, flexible and will adapt to solve problems, eliminate risk and improve outcomes. I am highly regarded by all I work with. I lead teams well, am results orientated, customer focused and I am confident I have the backing and respect of my upper management and colleagues.
